-The Story Behind Mosaic

-Mosaic brings together decades of experience in brand, product, and spatial design to help companies stand out at retail, events, pop-ups, and exhibitions. We design displays that look exceptional, work flawlessly, and express your brand in every detail.

FAQ

1. What products does Mosaic™ offer?

We focus on three premium modular display systems — Flextile, Wally, and Lumo — each designed for professional use with high-quality materials,  and durable textile prints.

2. What's the difference between the systems?

Flextile is a foldable freestanding frame system, Wally is a sleek wall-mounted illuminated lightbox, and Lumo is a powerful freestanding lightbox solution. All are compatible with interchangeable prints.

3. Are the displays illuminated?

Wally and Lumo are - not Flextile. The Wally and Lumo lightbox systems use high-efficiency LED lighting for even, bright illumination. Power comes via a standard plug connection.

4. How easy are they to assemble and transport?

Very. The frames are lightweight aluminum with quick-connect profiles that interconnect without tools. Everything packs down neatly for easy transport — even by car or plane.

5. Can I reuse the same frame for new events or prints?

Absolutely. You can order new printed textiles at any time and reuse your existing frame. The system is designed for flexibility, durability, and long-term value.

6. Can I mount them on walls or use them freestanding?

Yes. Depending on the product, you can choose between wall-mounted, freestanding, or modular combined setups. All configurations use the same premium print material.

7. Can I see what my display will look like before ordering?

Soon! We're working on a 3D configurator that lets you build, visualize, and preview your setup in real time — including scale, lighting, and layout.

8. Can I get help designing my graphics?

Absolutely! You can send us your artwork draft and our design team will assist with further layout and print preparation. Or you can send us a brief and we'll start from scratch. We also perform a final quality check on every file before printing.

9. How much do the systems cost?

Prices depend on size and configuration. You'll see  pricing indications for each system on each product page. Prices include the frame, print, and lighting were applicable.

10. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 8–10 working days after proof approval. Larger or custom orders may require slightly longer lead times.

11. Where are the systems made?

All systems are designed and engineered in Sweden by Catino and Spennare, combining Scandinavian design with precision engineering. Hardware is manufactured at the Spennare factories in China and printing is done in Poland.

12. Are the products sustainable?

Yes. The frames are made from recyclable aluminum, LEDs have long lifespans, and the textile prints can be replaced without changing the structure — minimizing waste and extending product life.
